Skip Nelson, President & CEO

Skip has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of ADS-B technologies since its founding in January 2004. He possesses a great depth of knowledge and real-world experience in a wide range of aviation management and science. He has more than 40 years of technical and management experience in aviation and associated engineering disciplines and has flown than 10,000 flight hours in more than 40 aircraft types. His specific employment experience includes: 25 years as a U.S. Navy fighter pilot with combat experience, owner and operator of an Alaskan Part 135 Air Carrier and CEO of a Part 121. His education includes Bachelors degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management.

Barbara Rosenthal, VP & CFO

Barb is also our Corporate Secretary and has been with the Company since 2004. She is a Registered Nurse and Navy veteran. She has an MA in Management .

Mike Melum, Engineering Director

Mike has been ADS-B Technologies’ Chief Scientist since 2009. He has thirty years of experience with air traffic control systems, from actual hands-on field installations and systems maintenance to overall program management on a national scale. He has worked effectively with air traffic control, flight standards, and systems maintenance customers to ensure successful mission accomplishment. He holds a BSEE. Retired from Federal Aviation Administration after over 32 years of service in 2007.

Todd Sprague, Software Director

Todd has been with the Company's software engineer since 2005 and has been a professional software designer and developer since 1995. His toolbox includes C/C++, Perl, Javascript and HTML, and he works on the Windows and Linux platforms..
